The Energy Services Specialist assists the Crew Leader in the installation of energy saving measures and correcting health and safety issues in homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation of energy saving measures, including cellulose, fiberglass, caulking, glazing and weather-stripping
Care and maintenance of agency tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials
Insulation installation, including removal and replacement of siding materials
Air-sealing materials installation to control infiltration
Vent pipe installation for proper and safe venting of energy systems
Making minor structural repairs requiring carpentry skills
Assisting with Building Science Diagnostic testing
Keeping Department vehicles and equipment storage room organized
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
Participating in energy/weatherization training programs and attending conferences as required
