TIPMed is looking for a solution-orientated Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Team with a multitude of tasks. The main responsibility of this position is to learn and understand the various components and complexities of congress planning and be able to keep track of ongoing work streams. In addition, they will need to understand TIPMed’s proprietary uSummit platform. uSummit is TIPMed’s conference management tool developed specifically for the Pharmaceutical industry. uSummit has transformed our clients entire event experience by centralizing meeting materials at a reduced cost while increasing attendee interaction. Secondly, you will be responsible for helping our PM team with overall logistics of projects and helping in any way that you can.
To qualify, you must be an upbeat critical thinker with the desire to outdo yourself in the office and for our clients. Project Coordinators play an important role within the project process. Responsibilities include kicking off projects, assisting in the creation and maintaining of project timelines, managing client content, status reports, onsite (travel) and remote support, application testing and following all other standard operating procedures. You will be expected to master analyzing, formatting and uploading client content into the uSummit system on-time and with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to communicate/work with a team and be accountable
- Ability to make senior team members aware of challenges that can impact deliverables
- Ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize and execute
- Passion for technology and/or meeting/conference planning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of different common file types (docx, xlsx, pdf, mp4, mp3, WAV, etc)
- Strong work ethic, professional can-do attitude and a desire to excel
Physical Demand:
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM: Monday – Friday
- Must work at Bedminster, NJ office location
- Travel required about 30%
- Remote uSummit support may be necessary on weekends (PTO compensation provided)
