Our Dispatch Department is seeking qualified candidates to join our Customer Service Team. We have been in business for 10 , our main vision is to provide the BEST customer service to our clients, keeping that reputation on all of our platforms is our number #1 goal.
JOB DETAILS
Customer Service Dispatcher position to receive Inbound Calls and schedule clients with appointments for service repair, installations and estimates. Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you.
Duties Include:
Providing Excellent over the phone Customer Service
Create Detailed Invoices/Estimates
Process payments over the phone
Be able to quickly multitask
Follow Up Courtesy Calls
Keep up with leads coming in from different areas
Be on top on work flow and making sure everything is running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS:
8 hour shift: Be flexible for hours 7a-7p Monday-Friday (Closed Saturdays)
1 Year of Customer Service Required
Must have GREAT verbal skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation
Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft, Excel,etc)
Must have high typing speed skills to take down notes while speaking with customers
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree'
