Tip Top Poultry - Rockmart, GA
3rd Shift - Sanitation
Pay: $14.50/Hour ($17.50 with perfect attendance bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety, quality and legality.
- Responsible for implementing cleaning procedures on assigned equipment
- Ensures he and other employees are following GMPs, safety and personal procedures
- Completes paperwork as required
- Inspects equipment in their area to ensure proper cleaning
- Reports any damage to equipment to upper management
- Assists in other departmental areas as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds (occasionally more); ability to bend, squat, and climb repeatedly for an entire shift; job requires extensive use of the hands for long periods of time; long periods of standing; ability to adapt to varying work environments, such as waste, debris, and cold or hot weather)
Skills and Knowledge:
- Oral communication and critical thinking

- Advanced knowledge of all equipment and cleaning procedures (CIP, SSOP)
- Advanced knowledge of chemicals in plant
- Advanced information of departmental areas
