We're looking for experienced, reliable drivers to join our growing team! Whether you’re a solo driver, a pre-made team, or interested in lease purchase options, we have a position for you. Drive modern, well-maintained Freightliners, enjoy great pay, excellent benefits, and consistent home time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport dry van freight across the country, primarily East of I-35 for OTR
• Enjoy drop-and-hook freight (85%) and no-touch freight (99%)
• Operate Freightliner trucks with automatic transmission, 1250-watt inverters, and double bunks for teams
  
  

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay:Pay depends on the route and annual pay increases
• Home Time: OTR drivers are out 10-14 days, with 2 days off. Regional drivers are home weekly
• Paid Vacation: 1 week (calculated on a 52-week average)
• 401k: Company matches up to 5%
• Rider & Pet Policies: Riders welcome (must be 10 years old), pets allowed for a small fee
  
  

Equipment:

• Trucks are 2 years old or newer
• Automatic transmission, cameras (not driver-facing), and no fridges
• 1250-watt inverters for convenience
  
  

Orientation:

• Paid 3-day orientation with lodging and meals provided
• Flexible travel options for orientation (bus)
