Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing payment operations at a significant scale
- Experience leading and managing global operations teams at scale in the areas of payment operations, risk management, fraud, FX and related areas
- Experience establishing and managing strategic partnerships with banks and global payment and card networks
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver strategic programs across the organization
- Experience in standardization, leveraging internal / external tools to drive automation
- Strong communication, partnership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering solutions while working in partnership with many teams such as implementation, support, technology, compliance and operations
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Project Management and Business Analysis experience
- Commercially-focused and entrepreneurial - willingness to roll up sleeves and get creative to find solutions
- Motivated self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
