Job Summary:
TipcoTechnologies Denver is the most dominant hose supplier in Colorado. Due to our reputation and heightened popularity, we are looking for an individual to fill the position of Production Lead. You will be responsible for the production team, production scheduling, training, coaching, quality control support. You will support the front counter from time to time working with walk-in customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 100% quality on the fly, fabricated to true fashion adhering to product specifications and parameters.
- Ability to fabricate without design.
- Operating tools and equipment which includes crimpers, pneumatic presses, tape measures, calipers, saws and knifes
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Computer skills.
- Customer service orientated.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work side by side and oversee up to 6 members
Desired Qualities:
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
- Hose and fitting experience a plus, not required
- Safety knowledge around tooling and equipment
- Navigated problem solving
- Understanding of warehouse distribution
- Understanding of mechanical equipment is a plus.
- Bilingual a plus
