- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives.

- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- 3 years in B2B sales with a proven track record of success, including team leadership.
- Experience in cold acquisition and partner development.
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of digital products.
