Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toes Franchise Manager, you will provide supervision and execute the strategic plan for running highly successful children’s dance classes within a Franchise. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding teachers/Instructors, coordination of teacher schedules, overseeing lesson plans and teacher performance, promoting easy access to enrollment, and ensuring all classes are run with a minimum of 10 students. This role will also be responsible for building relationships and working closely with School Directors to regularly add new students to current and future classes, maximizing attendance levels and profitability. Must be highly professional in all interactions and demonstrate excellent judgement and communication skills with school staff, teachers, parents, students, and Franchise owner. This position represents the Tippi Toes brand, upholds the very best standards, and reports to the Franchise owner. The Franchise Manager is also required to teach approximately 10 classes a week.
Position Responsibilities:
- Recruits, and hires all Teacher/Instructors and upholds the highest standards throughout the process
- Coordinates and leads all onboarding/training activities for Teacher/Instructors to ensure they are fully prepared to lead classes with excellence
- Provides daily support for teachers offering coaching and developmental guidance
- Oversees classroom set up and management, ensuring operational excellence
- Regularly observes classes, and provides teacher feedback to maximize quality and experience for all students
- Promotes the Tippi Toes program in all schools and ensures the enrollment process is easy and seamless
- Oversees and manages teacher schedules and coordination of classes within all schools/childcare centers
- Acts as liaison between School Directors and Owner
- Works closely and communicates regularly with Franchise Owner, providing updates and status on teachers and classes within each school
- Develops strong relationship with School Directors, and works to continually look for opportunities to add students to existing and new classes
- Responsible for regularly adding new student enrollment and ensuring that all classes are held with a minimum of 10 students
- Seeks out and leads efforts to build revenue outside of regular enrollment: parties, camps, etc.
- Follows all Tippi Toes outlined procedures, expectations, and guidelines
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Tippi Toes vision, mission, and values in all interactions with teachers, students, parents, and school directors
