Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toe’s Regional Director of Franchise Operations, you will act as a Brand champion responsible for overseeing multiple corporate owned franchise locations throughout the US. The Regional Director of Franchise Operations works directly with each franchise Manager, applying leadership, influence, and functional expertise to create meaningful, productive partnerships. Through these partnerships, the position will provide assistance to the Franchise Managers focused on driving and improving sales, profitability, and expense control within each business, while ensuring that all operating standards are consistently met. The Regional Director of Franchise Operations will partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure achievement of short and long term goals for the business, as well as communicate individual franchise opportunities and hurdles for growth. This position ensures the standard for individual corporate owned franchise operations is maintained, and revenue expectations are met and meeting growth milestones over time. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Position Responsibilities:
· Oversees the complete business operation for all corporate owned franchises.
· Serve as the corporate owned franchise representative, advocate, and act as main point of contact for all assigned locations.
· Builds strong partnerships with franchise Managers through collaboration and trust; establishes rapport, while ensuring buy in and compliance
· Communicates weekly with franchise Managers (through calls, zoom, and in person interaction) to diagnose barriers which affect performance and assist with developing business action plans to improve on opportunities and maximize net income.
· Conducts regular on-site reviews and audits of franchise locations measuring performance against operational initiatives and ensure franchise understanding and upholding brand standards.
· Ensure franchise compliance with all standard operating procedures, and develop coaching and corrective action plans and action plans for improvement
· Recommend strategies to assist Franchise Managers in establishing resourceful solutions to maximize operations.
· Participate in goal planning with Chief Operating Officer and assist franchise Managers in developing strategies to achieve established milestones.
· Regularly assess talent and bench strength, as well as future hiring plans based on enrollment to achieve short and long term business needs.
· Demonstrates a working knowledge of the key business metrics for the assigned territory, and uses these metrics to analyze issues and opportunities and business as a whole
· Utilizes financial reporting and analysis to diagnose trends and develop action plans in each individual business
· Analyze franchise websites and social media to ensure consistency of brand standards.
· Recommends strategies for marketing to promote business and increase sales by location and community.
· Conduct regular gap analysis between desired and current state of business, and make priority recommendations on areas to improve
· Partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer and communicates regularly regarding individual franchise sales trends, profitability, as well as strengths and opportunities within the territory
· Utilizes all company tools: playbooks, processes, procedures to maximize business operations and consistency of results
Position Requirements:
· Excellent organizational skills-Ability to plan on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, monitor and adjust to meet goals
· Works well independently
· Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence franchise Managers.
· Multi-unit experience required
· Persuasive and results driven.
· Must have demonstrated 3–5-year track record of meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals, standards, building sales, and maximizing profit in a franchise or retail environment
· Strong understanding P L statements, budgeting, and controllable expenses
· Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy level, self-starter with positive attitude
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written
· Excellent follow up skills

· Ability to manage multiple and changing projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
