Tipping Point Solutions, a training development company specializing in instructional design, media/video production, and interactive, game-based eLearning products, has an immediate opening for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their Air Defense Artillery Captains Career Course, Reserve Component (Phase 2) – Course # 2-44-C23 (DL) Contract. Position will be a part-time hourly contractor responsible for ensuring the doctrinal accuracy of the product during the entire contract period of performance. This position is 100% remote and offers competitive compensation and flexibility, allowing you to balance this work with other professional commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and doctrine expertise to support quality control and training development throughout the period of performance.
- Review storyboards for technical and doctrine accuracy
- Review IMI Alpha for technical and doctrine accuracy
- Test final IMI product for technical and doctrine accuracy
Qualifications:
The qualifications of the subject matter expert must be in compliance with our contract. SME:
- shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in developing curriculum or within the past 5 years conducting instruction for Army PME at the mid-grade learning level (CPT).
- should be familiar with recent updates to Army Air Defense doctrine, primarily in the areas of AMD Operations, Mission Command, Short Range Air Defense, and Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA).
- Should be a graduate of the Army Captains Career Course (CCC) (Preferred).
- must be well versed in today’s Army doctrine, terminology, acronyms and the proper pronunciation of these terms and acronyms.
