**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic team members to join us. We have multiple openings and are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and requirements. Please read the information below thoroughly before applying and consider all aspects of the role.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain storefront cleanliness and organization to meet DOH standards, including proactively identifying and addressing areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
- Prepare ice cream scoops, waffle cones, and seasonal sundaes while fostering a friendly and energetic atmosphere for customers.
- Handle all transactions, including cash sales, and maintain familiarity with all products sold at the storefront.
- Serve as a class assistant during ice cream-making and cocktail classes on weekends and evenings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions about the company, including branding/social media, events/catering, deliveries, and nationwide shipping.
- Learn about different aspects of the company to assist customers with their purchases and direct inquiries to the appropriate manager or department.
- Take phone orders for catering, events, cakes, and pint deliveries.
- Prepare and hand out Grubhub and Postmates orders.
- Communicate with team members about shop performance and provide feedback for improvements to managers.
- Conduct 2-3 hour “demos” of certain products at various wholesale locations, including chatting with customers, giving out samples, and reporting product status.
- Regularly organize ice cream and pint freezers to maintain inventory and create attractive displays.
- Monitor low stock items and notify managers when items are low.
- Clean all areas of the store and basement as directed by managers, including bathrooms, walls, and floors.

**Requirements**
- Open weekend availability required.
- Must be 18 years old and legally able to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with SLA & TN laws.
- Willing to work in multiple locations and roles.
- Willing to handle dry ice (with gloves).
- Willing to work evenings until at least 11:30 PM, with late night hours until 12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer season. Keyholder position requires comfort with closing the store in the evenings while working alone during slow seasons.
- Must be able to handle the seasonal nature of the ice cream business, including busy summer rushes and slower winter shifts. Job duties will change based on seasonality.

- Enjoy engaging with customers and maintaining excitement and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Experience as a keyholder/shift lead is a plus.
- Ice cream scooping experience is a plus.
