Position Overview:
We’re looking for outgoing, reliable Event Bartenders to join our team! You’ll work under the direction of our Head Bartender/Bar Manager to provide professional, friendly, and efficient service at events. This is a great opportunity for experienced bartenders who enjoy working in unique settings and want a flexible weekend-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up the bar on-site (may include unloading supplies, organizing product, garnishing prep, etc.)
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Follow recipes and event-specific drink menus consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event
- Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and fun manner
- Help with clean-up and breakdown of the bar post-event
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all safety and liquor guidelines
- Be a team player and help support other staff as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience required (event or service industry experience a plus)
- Must be 21 with reliable transportation
- Able to stand and work on your feet for long periods (typically 6–10 hours on event days)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds (ice, coolers, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Available to work most weekends
