The Job : Class A Uptown community seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist with a dynamic and professional personality. Specific responsibilities include :
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
