Bilingual Inside Sales Associate
Tipton Mills Foods is seeking a robust, dynamic, bilingual individual to work on a collaborative, interdepartmental team. An exact background match is not necessary. We offer coaching from experts in food science, packaging, and production; and provide access to training from executives in topics like product development, messaging, and finance.Bilingual Inside Sales Associate
This role is well-suited to college graduates, or individuals who are balancing work and family responsibilities.
This position is entry level and will be 100% on-site.

Primary Responsibilities
- Engage in phone and email communications with prospective and current customers
- Support product launches, from concept through commercialization
- Support account management
- Develop sales strategies, communications, documents, brochures, blogs
- Support and participate in new food development in laboratory
- Help customers with packaging selection and artwork
- Oversee website improvements
- Oversee CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)
- College or University degree in business, marketing, or food science are preferred; others will be considered.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Team player, Self-starter, Quick learner
- Resilient and assertive
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking
- Backgrounds related to sales, customer service, marketing, or food production are a bonus.
