Automotive Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to come lead our team. The person we seek must have over 2 years in a leadership role within the Automotive repair industry. References will be collected and checked.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Supervise and train store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and oversee payroll
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive retail management, with a focus on sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Strong understanding of inventory management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
