Tire and Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in vehicle maintenance, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on various types of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or potential issues, providing recommendations for necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs.
• Assist in the sales of automotive products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to provide the best service possible.

Skills

• Proficiency in automotive service techniques, including oil changes and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes is a plus.
• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services to customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
