- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Valid in-state driver's license.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- A.S.E. Certifications 4 and 5 are preferred but not required.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18 ).
Compensation
Pay : $70,000-100,000 / annually
Our General Managers are paid a weekly salary, earn monthly individual spiffs, and participate in the monthly store bonus. We also offer an annual bonus based on performance as a General Manager.
