GENERAL DESCRIPTION : The Junior Designer has a passion for creative design, operational excellence, and a desire to join a fast-paced, growing company. The Junior Graphic Designer will report directly to the VP of Marketing, but will work cross-functionally with the entire organization and agency partners to produce both digital and print content. This important role will contribute to an already World-Class marketing team by providing additional creative support and accountability to the entire organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Concept and develop creative for a variety of print and digital mediums including : digital ads, social media, email marketing, store signage and POP, flyers, posters, brochures, infographics; and other marketing materials as needed
- Uphold Tire Discounters brand standards throughout all forms of creative execution
- Prepare all final graphics for print production
- Correctly estimate timelines and meet deadlines on assigned projects
- Pick-up or assist in other marketing, website, digital, or recruiting projects as needed
