• Performance Management: Manage performance, assist with hiring, and oversee workflow in the service bay to ensure efficient operations and optimal productivity.
• Communication: Communicate wait times to sales staff, promoting seamless collaboration and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in automotive service/repair, preferably with certifications in relevant areas.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business objectives.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and be available to work Saturdays as required by the business.
• Mechanical Hazards: Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions, adapting to changing work environments.
