Job Description:

The Automotive Technician's primary responsibility is diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently while adhering to MAP guidelines and Tire Outlet Automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicles according to certifications/experience level.
• Perform work outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Recommend services necessary for vehicle maintenance; document all recommendations in customer files.
• FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES AND REPORT CONCERNS TO SHOP FOREMAN OR STORE MANAGER.
• Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PREFER A MINIMUM OF ONE UNEXPIRED ASE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING.
• Possess valid driver's license.
• Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays.
