The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy and thrive in a diverse team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative assistance.
- Run reporting for various IT databases.
- Track contract renewal dates and alert management when nearing expiration.
- Track monthly spend and budgetary goals.
- Prepare budgetary reports and answer frequent questions regarding budget vs actual spend (year-to-date).
- Track spending for various projects and tickets.
- Maintain incoming and outgoing IT inventory.
- Purchase and manage IT hardware as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by management to support the IT team.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work well in a diverse team setting.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest and knowledge in IT-related technologies, preferred.
