Tire Rack is seeking to grow our Midway, Ga administrative team with the help of an experienced Office Associate! This position will work alongside office management and will have a primary focus on day-to-day logistic events and clerical service. Responsibilities:
- Welcome onsite visitors and announce to appropriate personnel;
- Scheduling inbound deliveries;
- Inventory management;
- Work with customers for daily order pick-ups;
- Organize and prepare invoices, maintaining accuracy and speed;
- Answer telephone, mail invoices, and other office duties, as assigned;
- Regularly work with remote team members and outside contacts via Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of experience in a position of a similar scope, preferred;
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems or Microsoft Office is a plus!
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week with flexibility to work 45-50 if necessary during our peak season
- 7:30am-5:30pm
