What are the responsibilities and job description for the Road Service Technician position at Tire Tech Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Perform medium truck and commercial tire and or light mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Conduct tire services, including installation, rotation, and repair
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Clean driving record
-Must have 5 years experience in commercial tires and or commercial mechanical
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Medium truck and commercial trucks
-Ability to change commercial medium truck and or equipment tires
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs on Medium truck and commercial trucks , conducting tire services, and providing exceptional customer service. You will utilize your mechanical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Additionally, you must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
