JOB TITLE: Assistant Distribution Center Manager
The Assistant Distribution Center Manager (ADCM) assists the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) in overseeing all warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, put away, and overall organization of product in the warehouse. The ADCM will help the DCM manage staff, where necessary, and help to ensure efficient operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years distribution center operations experience, supervision /management preferred
- Experience managing fleet of delivery vehicles
- Operate vehicles under DOT compliance
- Possess a valid regular drivers license, some states may require a Class D license
- Insurable by Companys insurance carrier
- Inventory management and cycle counting
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to operate a lift. All positions that require the use of a lift, will be provided training to obtain lift certification
- Ability to become Smith System certified. Training will be provided by the company
