Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers' concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
- Communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload for the service team.
- Ensure timely completion of customer vehicles, adhering to promised delivery times.
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Generate and explain service estimates to customers.
- Manage service-related paperwork efficiently.
- Monday through Saturday work-week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry with tire sales and service knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Leadership experience in a service department is preferred.
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer applications.
- Tire sales experience is highly desirable.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
Compensation:
- Start at $1,000 per week plus commission and bonuses.
