Warehouse Manager
- Overall responsibility for all location activities, employees, inventory, and assets
- Daily opening and closing of the center
- Clearly communicates corporate objectives, mission, and direction
- Collaborates with Sales Team provide outstanding customer service
- Ensures safe operations
- Manages branch expenses within budget
- Manages all problems to acceptable resolution
- Ensures that all employees and contractors are following corporate policies and procedures
- Ensures the safety / security of employees and contractors
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams
- Process improvement experience
- Experience leading day to day operations within a warehouse environment
- Ability to establish accountability, measure work and drive performance to objectives
- Overall quality of location inventory
- Review and approval of all EOD paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying
- Collaborates with Corporate / Regional resources related to all Human Resource needs & Workers Compensation claims
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams
- Process improvement experience
- Experience leading day to day operations within a warehouse environment
- Ability to establish accountability, measure work and drive performance to objectives
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management Experience with KPI management
- Supervisor or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field required
