Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage, providing recommendations for replacement or repair.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tire services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their tire needs and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with heavy lifting of tires and other automotive components as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service or related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, including automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Experience with tire service, including alignment and balancing procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in tire service is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
