We are seeking an energetic and reliable Production Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks in our inventory production process, including pulling materials, assembling products, and packaging finished items. Training will be provided, ensuring you have all the necessary skills to succeed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assembling and packaging products
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ensuring quality control throughout the production process
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management
- Prior experience in a production environment is a plus but not required
