Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and rent collection.
- Market vacant properties and screen potential tenants.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant property management certification is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
