Responsibilities
- The principal duties and responsibilities (essential functions) are as follows :
- Online quoting as directed by the Placement Specialist
- Assist with preparing client and prospect proposals
- Assist with generating Acord applications
- Follow-up on quote status as directed by the Placement Specialist
- Closing out marketing files
- Coordination of carrier visits

Requirement
- 1High school equivalency; college degree and insurance placement-related work experience a plus
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Highly detail-oriented; strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter, ability to work well independently yet function as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service
