Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Strategic Growth: Identify expansion opportunities, tailor solutions to client needs, and increase product adoption
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless service and advocate for client interests
- Revenue & Retention: Drive revenue growth, renewals, and account health monitoring to minimize churn
- Data-Driven Insights: Track key performance metrics, provide reports, and share feedback to inform business strategy
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services and features that add value to the client
- Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions on renewals and expansions, ensuring win-win agreements

Requirement
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset, leveraging data for decision-making and account strategy
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a client-centric approach
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other business applications
- Strong problem-solving skills, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
