As a (Key) Account Manager at TIS, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving mutual growth. With your expertise in fintech or SaaS, you will enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.



Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Strategic Growth: Identify expansion opportunities, tailor solutions to client needs, and increase product adoption
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless service and advocate for client interests
  • Revenue & Retention: Drive revenue growth, renewals, and account health monitoring to minimize churn
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track key performance metrics, provide reports, and share feedback to inform business strategy
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services and features that add value to the client
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions on renewals and expansions, ensuring win-win agreements

Requirement

  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role in SaaS or fintech
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data for decision-making and account strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a client-centric approach
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other business applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
