Job Responsibilities
Communications Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications plan that aligns with TIS' business objectives, brand voice, and customer journey.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and secure press coverage for key events, product launches, and campaigns.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for email campaigns, websites, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring alignment with the company’s SaaS offerings and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign success, interpret data, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Event Strategy and Execution
- Support the Director Global Marketing Programs in the planning, organization, and execution of impactful events in the US, including conferences, workshops, and virtual webinars.
- Manage event logistics, including budget planning, timelines, task coordination, and vendor management, ensuring successful event delivery.
- Oversee on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise during execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather attendee feedback, and continuously improve event strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), with a focus on SaaS and cloud-based technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, agile environment.
- Fluent in English (native speaker), with German language skills as a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and solve problems creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in the fintech industry or working with SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
