Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the telephone.
- Answer and screen calls, direct calls, and take messages.
- Receiving, sorting, scanning and distributing out mail.
- Working closely with Case Managers and administrators to facilitate daily operations.
- Exceptional attendance record with special attention to punctuality.
- Greeting and tending to clients and patrons needs at the front door.
- Office upkeep, e.g. maintaining reception area clean as well as conference rooms and kitchen area.
- Organize and monitor office equipment.
