Description
We are looking for a committed Speech Language Pathologist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
*This position will cover two communities: Tishomingo CLC and Longwood CLC.

Responsibilities
· Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
· Conduct speech and language screenings to identify at-risk patients.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
· Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders.
· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
