Driving Customer Experience
- Establishing a strong relationship with our customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent customer service
- Advocating for Tisun Beauty to help customers discover the benefits of our loyalty programme
- Meeting sales targets by understanding customers' needs, recommending and selling products and services to our customers in all categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care
Operational Excellence
- Helping to make a beautiful first impression by keeping the store tidy, well-stocked, and ensuring our products are in good sellable condition
- Participating in inventory control to reduce loss, and ensure compliance with sampling policies
- Operating the cashier functions in a professional and timely manner

- Prior experience working in retail or services industries (a plus!)
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise
- Flexible availability to work shifts as per retail hours
