We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals to join our Hair Sales team. If you're not a people person, or don't know anything about wigs, weave, braiding hair and crochet, then this position may not be the position for you. Hair Sales Team's Role: To create a personalized experience for our customers to help them choose the right products for their hair goals. As a Hair Sales Team Member, you will be the go-to expert for anything hair related - wigs, weaves, braiding hair and crochet. The sales team is always staying up to date with the latest trends in hair as well as different installation processes.
Sales Team members' responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Suggesting products that meet customer's needs.
- Informing customers about product details, application methods, prices, and promotions.
- Help customers locate items within the store.
- Explain to customers how to use and maintain wigs/extensions.
- Ensure proper presentation of products, as well as a clean salesfloor.
- Assisting customers with trying on wigs.
- Helping to maintain a well-stocked salesfloor
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be detail oriented and reliable.
- Have previous experience in retail or in a service-oriented role.
- Be familiar with hair products, wigs/extensions, and installation methods.
- Additional education in Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
- Have strong to excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team.
- Have strong work ethic and integrity.
- Have effective time management skills and ability to be punctual.
- Ability to follow directions and procedures, while also being able to work independently.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
