Training and Development: Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills, marketing acumen, and agronomy knowledge. Supporting senior sales professionals with client interactions and sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions.
Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
