Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, perform, analyze, and report laboratory and field experiments with cementitious materials
- Manage product development projects from concept to launch
- Implement new analytical testing methods
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Manage laboratory data and perform advanced statistical analysis
- Present results and recommendations to management
- Stay informed of new developments in low carbon cementitious materials
- Manage testing at external labs and universities
- Collaborate with Titan Group R&D department
- Travel – up to 10%
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, biology, civil engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience in analytical methods, including x‐ray diffraction, x‐ray florescence, thermogravimetric analysis, calorimetry, FTIR, ICP
- Proficient with Design of Experiments, Statistical Analysis, and Statistical Process Control; expertise in advanced data science preferred
- Experience in cement industry and knowledge of cement chemistry preferred
- Hands on experimentalist and creative
- Analytical and organized
- Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds on a regular basis.
- Six sigma green belt certification preferred
