The SAP System Developer/Integrator is a key member of the ERP Apps function of IT at Titan America with prime responsibility the support of the connectivity of SAP S/4 with all satellite applications as part of the SAP landscape of the company. He/she will be also responsible for the maintenance and implementation of any modifications pertaining to the interfacing of SAP S/4 with other systems as well as the Development of programs and reports following requested changes by TA business users. This Role reports to the Senior Manager of Development and Integration.
Required
- 7 years of experience in SAP Programming and Integration (ABAP, PO/PI, BTP) with external systems (configuration, monitoring and support)
- 7 years of experience in translating business requirements to technical requirements
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary and recent advances in SAP Programming
- Good understanding of the integration points within SAP functional modules
- Proven previous excellent collaboration with Business Systems Users and SAP Functional Analysts at all levels
- Experience in interfaces with Customers, Vendors, Banks, Shop Floor Systems, 3rd Party systems etc
Preferred
- SAP-Integration experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Reasonable understanding of business processes across functions
- Good communication skills, both oral and in writing
- Appetite to learn and expand knowledge and skills both technical and business
Position Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze and validate business requirements related directly and/or indirectly to systems interfacing
- System configuration and implementation of solutions in collaboration with Group IT and external AMS.
- Registration, prioritization, resolution and delivery of change requests or projects
- Active participation in requirements gathering, technical analysis and solution design sessions
- Unit and integration testing
- Collaborate with all IT members as part of a project team and/or work group.
- Establish and manage relationships with business process owners and power users
- Develop functional specification documents
