The Opportunity: Copywriter 

We’re seeking a creative and driven Copywriter to help shape the voice of our brand and deliver compelling, engaging content that resonates with our audiences. In this role, you’ll craft dynamic messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use your creativity and writing skills to inspire customer engagement and drive conversions through various sales channels by: 

  • Creating Captivating Content: Write persuasive, on-brand copy for a variety of channels, including email campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, and more. Your words will connect with our audience and drive action, inspiring engagement and brand loyalty. 
  • Craft Personalized Messaging: Develop targeted copy for segmented audiences to ensure every message speaks directly to the needs and preferences of our diverse customer base. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align messaging, gather assets, and ensure that all content is cohesive, consistent, and impactful. 
  • Optimize for Every Platform: Write copy that’s optimized for various platforms and devices, ensuring it’s engaging on mobile, desktop, and beyond. Whether it’s an email campaign, SMS, website page, or social media post, your copy will need to be optimized. 
  • Analyze and Improve: Collaborate with the team to track the performance of your content and iterate based on data insights. Use A/B testing, customer feedback, and analytics to refine and enhance your messaging strategy. 
  • Drive Brand Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of copywriting trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that nurture customer relationships and drive long-term engagement. 

 

What Makes You a Great Fit: 

You have a passion for writing and are always looking for ways to improve your work by learning from data and feedback. 

  • Experience: You have 1–3 years in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. 
  • Detail-Oriented: You’re organized and care about getting the small things right, whether it’s making sure the copy flows well or catching a typo. 
  • Relevant Experience: You have some experience in writing for email campaigns, SMS, advertising, blogs, or social media, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. 
  • Adaptable & Agile: You work well in a fast-paced environment and can easily adjust to new tasks or changing priorities as needed. 
  • Collaborative Team Player: You’re a good communicator who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a team’s success. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience for high-growth brands.
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce space, with an understanding of DTC (direct-to-consumer) marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy across multiple channels, including email, paid ads, product pages, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and tone, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.) 
  • Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free copy that aligns with the brand voice and speaks to the target audience. 
  • Creativity: Think outside the box and develop fresh, unique ideas that capture attention and drive action. 
  • Attention to Detail: Careful with grammar, punctuation, and formatting, ensuring high-quality work with minimal errors. 
  • Familiarity with Different Writing Styles: Ability to adapt your writing to suit various formats, from emails and social media posts to blog articles and product descriptions.
