Position Summary : Titan Echelon is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our new downtown Southern Pines office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a professional and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Open and close the office daily, ensuring a well-maintained and professional environment.
  • Greet Titan Echelon team & visitors.
  • Set up and maintain the conference room for meetings.
  • Accept and distribute incoming packages and mail.
  • Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
  • Pay office-related bills and manage expense tracking.
  • Coordinate team schedules for meetings and events.
  • Schedule and oversee office maintenance as needed.
  • Ship out new hire packages and support onboarding logistics.

Qualifications / Skills / Education : To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.

  • Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle office expenses and vendor coordination.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
