Position Summary : Titan Echelon is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our new downtown Southern Pines office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a professional and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Open and close the office daily, ensuring a well-maintained and professional environment.
- Greet Titan Echelon team & visitors.
- Set up and maintain the conference room for meetings.
- Accept and distribute incoming packages and mail.
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Pay office-related bills and manage expense tracking.
- Coordinate team schedules for meetings and events.
- Schedule and oversee office maintenance as needed.
- Ship out new hire packages and support onboarding logistics.
