Position Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) offers administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO). This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time based on company needs and employee performance. This is a hybrid position working both with the CEO at TE HQ and remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to satisfactorily
complete the following tasks:
• Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and
productive interactions with staff and the public.
• Handles various administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to
manage projects, information, and people.
• Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.
• Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Uses discretion, judgment, and organization knowledge to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain
confidentiality.
• May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.
• Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel
arrangements (which may include domestic and international). Exercise discretion in committing time and
evaluating needs.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Titan Echelon staff, and the public. This includes receiving and screening the
CEO’s phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and
directing calls appropriately for resolution.
• Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
• Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials
Qualifications:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
• Must have a Secret security clearance or ability to attain a Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapt to rapidly changing
requirements, and multi-task capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exemplary attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Prior experience working in a role as an Executive Assistant would be preferred.
