Key Details:
- Hourly Pay: $21.19/hr
- Hours: Full-time 40-hour position, 1st shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sign-On & Stay Bonuses up to $1,000 after 60 days
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Pension, 2 weeks' vacation in the first year, and 10 company holidays
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks, including stacking, cleaning, and moving materials by hand.
- Inspect, clean, inventory, and make light repairs to incoming formwork.
- Operate motorized equipment, including power tools, saws, hammers, and impact drivers.
- Work requires individuals with good balance and physical strength.
- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Frequently lift and handle up to 50 pounds of material.
- Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Frequent use of hand tools, such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, and air tools.
