About the Role
We are seeking experienced service professionals with a minimum of one year of restaurant experience to provide an outstanding dining experience for each guest at our esteemed establishments.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the steps of service outlined by management and consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Carefully review identifications before serving any alcoholic beverages, upholding our commitment to responsible serving practices.
- Complete all training programs set forth by management to ensure proficiency in our offerings.
- Possess an extensive knowledge of all food and drinks served, including preparation methods and ingredients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food preparation techniques and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform side work assignments as directed by the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations before, during, and after shifts.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities as assigned by the management team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Sustain high performance standards, motivate team members through positive role modeling, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
