Titan Hotel Group, a growing hotel management company, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of National Account Manager.
Current and former Dual Property Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, Coordinators and Catering Managers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for growing top-line revenue, portfolio-wide through active participation in the direct sales efforts of rooms and catering goals. The National Account Manager is also expected to have constant involvement with guests and team members, as well as participate in community activities. This is a position requiring active, vigorous selling and foresight.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall account management, business generation, and sales prospecting for assigned hotels to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Responds to all sales inquiries in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Develops and maintains marketing plan and sales budget with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
- Conducts a required number of sales activities including outside cold calls, telemarketing, e-mailing and prospecting.
- Manage existing and new client relationships.
- Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data.
- Support revenue management efforts and work with all hotel departments to deliver a positive experience for the guests and groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience with FOSSE, MARSHA, R&I, PEP and STS preferred.
- Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Revenue Management strategies.
