Job Description
The primary function of a Drop Mill Operator is to operate mills and feed rubber into the mill machine from scrap, breakdown, feed and gum cushion. When finished will go on the conveyor belt. Essential Functions
- Learn to safely operate a two-roll rubber mill. Drop Mill Operators will also monitor slurry and setting up embossing wheel.
- High School diploma and/or general education (GED); and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that performs the essential functions of this position.
- Computer technology experience, a plus.
