Overview
Titan Machinery is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Operations Intern to support our service operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of service operations, including machine health, customer support, and equipment management.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Health Support: Assist the machine health team in monitoring and optimizing equipment performance to ensure efficient operation.
- Call Center Assistance: Provide support to the call center team by addressing customer inquiries and issues related to service operations.
- Customer Productivity Analysis: Provide assistance in identifying customers who would benefit from higher productivity limits and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Training: Assist with store-level ASIP (Agricultural System Improvement Program) training to ensure proper utilization and compliance with company standards.
- WholeGoods Inspection Updates: Assist in updating pre-trade inspection processes for wholegoods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities, contribute to department meetings, and present on various projects.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Must be able to regularly and reliably attend work on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy
- Must have Excellent Excel capabilities
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
