Due to our success, were in the process of expanding and executing a sales and marketing campaign throughout the Los Angeles area which is why we need a dynamic, forward-thinking Entry Level Business Development & Client Manager. As the Entry Level Business Development & Client Manager, you will initially work with a successful, experienced Senior Manager to master the product knowledge, compliance policies, and sales procedures that will set you up to become a thriving team member!
The responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Development & Client Manager revolve around the direct management of new and existing customers accounts. As the Entry Level Client Manager, you will
- Have direct client interaction regarding sales, upgrades or issues they may have
- Maintain a good attitude to create a positive environment for our team and customers while representing our culture
- Learn up to date product knowledge and campaigns to help further promote services
- Complete and exceed sales goals to meet company standards and help growth rates
- Cover different territories to understand multiple customer bases maximize contact rate
- Initiate, maintain, and finalize client relationships appropriately to complete the sales process
- Assess the current needs of clients to properly adjust them with most accurate and fitting sales and marketing plan for them and the company
- Maintain an extremely high level of customer service to the utmost satisfaction of our customers
