- Work with customers on a daily bases to qualify and enrollment them in products and services offered by our clients
- Work within a team environment to strategize and increase sales revenue
- Communicate with local customers in a professional manner to foster new relationships and maintain long term
- Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development and sales strategies
- Manage customer inquiriesdirectly and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
- Match client needs to products and services we offer and close sales
- Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
- Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
- Act as the main liaison between our company and clients
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, business development or related fields
